I just went to hobby lobby to get crafts for my mom and a weaving potholder loom was one of the three i got, it had been a couple years since i had done any type of weaving because it was something my nana showed me (she died of cancer in 2022 sadly... RIP for her.) and my mom wanted to teach me!! So we got a metal weaving loom and some of the elastic loops. But i had never really been good ag crocheting and watchign you do it twice has REALLY HELPED! Thank you!!

How do I get more loops? Are they available on ebay to order or is there a website I have to order more loops from?

Thank you for posting this! It has been years since I used a loom like this and wanted to do it with my granddaughter and couldn’t for the life of me remember how to wind it! The instructions on the package are not clear how to do the second wind. Thanks to you I look forward to fun with my little darling!

Thank you so much the instructions that came with my loom are horrible.

Magic loop, then one DC, and 12 DC’s count 13 DC’S. Join with a loop. Chain 2, then 2 DC’in the same stitch, and 2DC’s in each stitch. and join it with a slip stitch. Do a two chain, then 2 dc in the same chain, then 1 DC in the next 2 chain each, then 2 dc in one chain and then one dc in each chain continue till the end. You should have 48 stches not including the joining chain. ( measure ) across, Chain 2, then a dc in the same stitch, then 1 DC in one chain each, go to 12 rounds, finish it off. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for teaching me how to crochet because I did the middle part cause like my mom taught me. She forgot how to do the edges and then I just forgot about it and I’ll remember about it now I was able to finish it.
